We were thrilled to welcome our new and incredible staff for the 2025–2026 school year with a day of connection, collaboration, and fun at Sunrise Lake Outdoor Education Center. Our annual new staff orientation officially kicks off the new year and brings together new staff and other current staff as mentors from across the co-op to build relationships, reflect on our shared mission, and get energized for the year ahead.
The day featured team-building activities, leadership introductions, time to explore the beautiful grounds of Sunrise Lake, and, of course, a little ice cream. Whether it was connecting by the water, participating in interactive sessions, or enjoying lunch under the sun, the energy and enthusiasm were unmistakable.
