Dear Kirk School Families and Guardians,
I hope you all had a wonderful summer. My name is Nicholas Balcerak, and I'm excited to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal at Kirk School.
As I embrace my continuing role as Assistant Principal from the Extended School Year (ESY) program, I am filled with enthusiasm and anticipation for my new position at Kirk. This opportunity allows me to step into a leadership role where I can serve as a role model and advocate for meaningful engagement among teachers, students, families, and the wider community.
I began my journey at NSSEO nine years ago as a high school teacher at Miner School in NSSEO. Over the years, I had the opportunity to transition to the elementary level, which provided me with invaluable experiences and insights to grow not only as an educator but also as a leader in education. However, my true passion lies in working with high school and transition students, and Kirk's school community will allow me to continue growing as a leader.
As we embark on the year ahead together, I want you to know that I am here to support you in any way I can. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime—I look forward to collaborating and growing together to make this school the best it can be for our Kirk community.
Sincerely,
Nicholas Balcerak
