NSSEO recently hosted a successful two-day job fair, January 8th & 9th, at the Parent Education Resource Center, located in the parking lot of Kirk School, creating an accessible and welcoming space for prospective candidates. The event was organized by the Human Resources Department and led by Dr. Brad Carter, Christiane Bilba, and Diana Carrera, with strong support from school leadership across the cooperative.
Each NSSEO school was represented by a principal or assistant principal who conducted on-site, in-person interviews throughout both days. The job fair resulted in a strong turnout and led to multiple new hires who will soon join NSSEO as educational support staff and substitute team members. This collaborative effort highlighted NSSEO’s commitment to strengthening its workforce and ensuring continued support for students across all programs.
