“Ryan “Cal” Callahan is the definition of a team player! He is always willing to help with other students whether it’s a behavior or just walking other students to their bus. He never acts like anything is a bother just always willing to lend a hand! Ryan is the first to jump in to support his colleagues with technology, behaviors, or problem-solving. Cal builds great rapport with his students and is always actively searching for new motivators and interests of his students. He makes an effort to get to know the students in the surrounding classrooms and checks in on his peers often. Cal, you are beyond appreciated and we are so lucky to have you on our Miner team!”
