“Pauline is A*M*A*Z*I*N*G! She is a mentor to new ESP’s, even initiating the mentorship program this year, and has been so positive to dozens of newcomers over the years. Her motto has been and continues to be, “Never a bad day!” She continues to surprise staff and blesses them randomly with brownies (or pizza) on any given day to boost morale. Pauline volunteers when we have events and helps to plan staff appreciation activities with P.A.T.H.S. Last but certainly not least, she is fully invested in the well-being of all students and is determined to assist them with overcoming any challenge so they can be prepared for life after Kirk. Congratulations, Pauline, and thank you for being everyone’s biggest champion!”
