“Since her start on July 1st, 2019, Meghan Mikes has been looking to redefine the role of HR Generalist at NSSEO with the lens of taking care of the NSSEO staff is first and foremost. Meghan will tackle and problem solve some very tricky topics with staff while always seeking first to understand. With an HR lens, Meghan approaches every situation with care and concern as there are a plethora of issues to resolve. She is an outstanding team member of the Human Resources Department and someone that can be trusted with the most delicate of information. All in all, Meghan shows a true passion for helping others, and prioritizing that personal connection with whoever seeks assistance.”
